Itinerary

Check In is until 11:30 AM where you will meet your crew and fellow travellers at Split Harbor.
After settling,we aim to depart Split for island Hvar at around 12 pm and get the socialising started with lunch and a much-needed swim stop on Pakleni island.
We dock into Hvar town and we set out on our first hike to Fortica where you can enjoy a perfect view out across the Sea for your first hiking in Croatia.

Fortica trail is a loop 2.6-km out-and-back trail. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 42 min to complete. This is a very popular area for birding and hiking, so you’ll likely encounter other people while exploring. The path from the center of the town of Hvar leads to the Hvar fortress. The Hvar fortress Fortica, or as the locals call it Španjola, is located above the northern, old part of the town of Hvar, on a hill about a hundred meters high. Fortica, together with the city walls, once represented the central defensive fort of the city of Hvar.

This morning, our boat departs early for the Island of Vis, one of the Adriatic’s most sought-after destinations. After breakfast, we’ll pause in a stunning bay for a refreshing swim and snorkeling in crystal-clear waters. By early afternoon, we’ll dock at Vis town harbor, leaving you ample time to explore the scenic trail to Fort George. This picturesque route begins in the heart of Vis’ old town and winds its way to the historic fortress perched on a high promontory, offering breathtaking views of the Adriatic.

The hike to Fort George covers a 5.8-km out-and-back trail from Vis town and is generally considered an easy route, taking about 1 hour and 22 minutes to complete. It’s a favorite among hikers and bird enthusiasts, yet it still provides moments of tranquility during quieter parts of the day. Our journey concludes on the stunning Island of Brač, home to the picturesque town of Bol, one of Croatia’s premier tourist destinations with over a century of tourism heritage. Bol is best known for Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn), one of the Mediterranean’s most iconic beaches. After a leisurely lunch on the boat, it’s time to lace up your hiking boots for a trek to the summit of Vidova Gora, the highest peak across all Adriatic islands, offering breathtaking views.

The Vidova Gora trail begins in Bol and ascends to the mountain’s peak along a well-marked path. The hike starts on a macadam road and transitions to a stony path known as Vela Staza, or the Roman Trail, constructed during Roman times. The initial portion offers a moderate climb, weaving through a rugged valley before ascending in a series of bends that soften the incline.
