• 1.1Canyoning Cetina is a registered adventure travel company based in Omiš, Croatia.
• 1.2Our services include guided tours, multi-day adventure trips, and related activities ("Services").
• 1.3By using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy.

• 2.1All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Canyoning Cetina.
• 2.2A deposit of 100 Euros is required to reserve your spot. Full payment is due no later than 30 days before the trip's start date unless otherwise specified.
• 2.3Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods outlined during the booking process.
• 2.4Prices listed on the Site include VAT but may exclude additional fees such as optional activities, transportation to/from the meeting point, or travel insurance.

3.1 Cancellation by the Customer:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip's start date will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip's start date are non-refundable.

3.2 Cancellation by Canyoning Cetina:

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify trips due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants).
• In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date, activity, or a full refund.

• 4.1Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in activities.
• 4.2All participants must sign a waiver of liability before engaging in any activities.
• 4.3Participants are responsible for securing appropriate travel insurance that covers adventure activities, medical emergencies, and cancellations.
• 4.4Canyoning Cetina is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during trips unless caused by our gross negligence.

• 5.1Participants are expected to follow the instructions of our guides and respect fellow participants, local communities, and the environment.
• 5.2Canyoning Cetina reserves the right to remove participants from activities without a refund if they act in a way that endangers others, disrupts the experience, or violates local laws.

• 6.1All content on the Site, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Canyoning Cetina unless otherwise stated.
• 6.2You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

• 7.1Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
• 7.2By booking a trip or using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• 8.1These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia.
• 8.2Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the competent courts of Split, Croatia.

• 9.1Canyoning Cetina reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• 9.2Continued use of the Site or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
